Publishers just love reusing existing IP, so we made a modern version of Rocket Knight for XBLA/PSN/Steam. In complete contrast to Silent Hill: SM, Rocket Knight is as Rocket Knight was – but running in a 3D engine and without some of the more “old school” game-play elements. I was the engine and graphics programmer for Rocket Knight.

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories

Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (Wii, PS2 and PSP)

The re-imagining of a classic. No more rust or clunky tank controls, same old mountain town. I wrote a fancy UI rendering engine that could eat WPF .xaml files and do a fair job of getting them on-screen looking the same as they did in Blend (it only understands a tiny fraction of the language, we just used the bits we wanted). This may sound like a strange thing to do, but it greatly improved the UI content generation process.
